What garments do you print on? All T-shirts are printed on premium heavyweight Comfort Colors blanks for a durable, high-quality fit and feel.
All hoodies are printed on heavyweight Independent Trading Co. 70/30 ring-spun cotton/polyester blend blanks featuring a fleece-lined, heavy-duty hood.
Do you recommend a particular way to wash the garments? Wash cold with like colors, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
How are your handbags made? All Handbags are handmade in house in the USA.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges required by their country regarding imported goods.
All international orders are shipped through USPS. Once your package leaves our facility in the United States, your local mail carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.
Will you provide tracking info? Once your order has been processed (typically within 24–48 hours), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Order status and tracking updates can also be found by logging into your account.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, as delivery times are the responsibility of USPS once the package is in their possession.
Return/Refund Policy? All items must be returned in their original condition within 7–10 days of delivery.
If your order is damaged during transit, you will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a quick and fair resolution.
What if my mail is Lost or stolen? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show confirmed delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office directly and file a claim with them.
When is the next drop? We drop several times throughout the year. Best thing to do is keep an eye on our socials for updates and release info.
