Where are your garments printed?

What garments do you print on? All T-Shirts are Tagless and printed on 6.0 Oz. pre-shrunk 100% Ultra Cotton. All Hoodies are printed on 10.0 Oz 80/20 cotton/polyester with a fleece-lined heavy duty Hood.
 
 

How are your handbags made? All Handbags are handmade in house in the USA.


If I'm at checkout and I want to add something to my order or maybe change the size of a specific item how do I do that?Scroll to the bottom of the cart and hit return to cart and then click on store and it will
bring you right back to the store.

 

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship worldwide. It is the customers responsibility for any customs, import fees etc required by your particular country in regards to imported goods. We fulfill our international orders using the USPS. Once your package has left our facility in the United States your local mail carrier has possession and is responsible for your package. You will need to contact them directly with any further questions or concerns you may have regarding delivery.

 

Will you provide tracking info? Once your order has been processed (Typically within 24-48 hours) you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. Fulfillment status and tracking info can also be found by logging into your account. Please Allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. We do not guarantee delivery by or on a specific date as that is the responsiblility of USPS once the product is in their possession.


Return/Refund Policy?
All items must be returned in their original condition within 7-10 days of receiving them. In the event that products shipped to you are damaged in transit you will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim. If you are not happy with the product you receive for any reason at all please let us know as soon as possible so that we may come to a quick and acceptable resolution concerning your issue.

 


What if my mail is Lost or stolen? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmationYou will need to follow up with your local USPS and file a claim with them directly. 


 
 

How often do you release a new line? We don't believe in flooding the market. All of our products are limited and we only drop a new line once a year which will be spread out throughout the course of the year.
